My experience has been very very poor
I got a refund, and it takes about a month to request the problems and ask for a refund I have opened a dispute with PayPal and pull and bear customer service will not answer my emails except with the automated response

I went to the store explained the situation that I received completely different items that I ordered and they said how can accept items that are completely different from what's on my online order

I spoke to an uninterested person on the chat service the day after who also disregarded everything and told me to return the item so I gave up and returned the jeans and was told I would be sent a replacement

Upon placing the order I immediately got a receipt from PayPal but nothing from pull and bear, no order confirmation or order no
I usually award 5 stars for my orders but on this occasion they do lose a star as I tried to contact customer services regarding my delivery but never received a response
So I contact to the Facebook messenger on the official page and email I am left with no items, out of pocket and no date as to when my parcel will be delivered

It would have been nice to have received some reassurance from customer services that either the parcel would not be delivered at the weekend or if a delivery was attempted when the offices were closed, the parcel would not be left outside.

However I have had no issues with delivery my shipment dispatched from 2 warehouses in different parcels one took 2 days to arrive, the other should arrive tomorrow or the next day 6-7 business days Bad experience of customer service and quality of clothing
I returned one of the items in my order, unworn and with labels attached, 6 weeks ago I considered this for about 2 minutes and realised how I would most likely end up with no item and loosing the cost of the item and postage if I actually had an address to send it to!! After their response back and transfer money back, it takes 2-3 days to receive the money in the bank account
I spoke to someone via chat and they told me to go to the store and they will be able to provide me with a refund I sent another email requesting a human to speak to me rather than automated emails and just received the same automated email telling me to return the item

Is Pull & Bear ethical and sustainable?

The brand says it has projects that promote employment in Spain as well as community development in Bangladesh and Cambodia.

And why did I have to waist my time proving it to get an acknowledgement?? I went to the chat service again as I had been told clearly that the item was in stock and I would receive a replacement and was told that they sent it but then cancelled it and have decided to refund me I still don't have the money 7 days after they received the item back
